I am Stephan Hechler - consultant, career guide, and founder of Personal Consulting GmbH.
After many years in executive roles in the digital economy, I now support individuals and organizations in successfully shaping career transitions: whether as a career coach, startup sparring partner, or headhunter at eye level.
What I stand for
What guides me in my work is a clear standard: change should be meaningful - not arbitrary.
I take time to understand contexts, ask challenging questions when necessary, and work with my clients as equals - clear, honest, structured.
I believe in the impact of decisions, not buzzwords. And in individual solutions, not off-the-shelf concepts.

What has shaped me
The foundation of my consulting approach is a broad base of experience from over 15 years in executive positions in the software and e-commerce industries - from startups to international corporate groups.
I've built teams, led companies, structured growth processes - and experienced and shaped change repeatedly myself.
Since 2018, I've been working as a consultant - initially in executive search, later also in outplacement and startup consulting. Today, I bring this entrepreneurial experience to my work with people and organizations: structured, empathetic, and always on equal footing.
